I work with the body and the mind as one system. Most clients come for one modality and find another shape of help arrives alongside. All three offerings sit on the same approach — patient, evidence-based, no jargon.

Talking work for grief, transition, relationship, and the ordinary difficulty of being a person. Slower, less directive, deeply attentive. Open-ended — we end when it feels finished.
A quarterly small group with breathwork, ritual, and unhurried conversation. Six women, one afternoon, four times a year. Not a workshop, not a therapy group — somewhere of its own.
